We use Stuart every time he is available. He was great with Ella, our previous cat, and is slowly making friends with Edith, our current cat. His text messages are always informative and sometimes include photos. Our girl is in very safe hands with Stuart.
Stuart's presentation isn't relevant so I have not commented on that.

In one of those strange coincidences, it turned out that the carer was a friend of our sons and indeed had lived with him in the family home when we moved overseas. Irrespective of that, we were very pleased with the way he looked after our cat a dthat he messaged us to say that all was well and that he had had no problems dosing her with her medication

Stuart has been carer for our pets for 6 years and we are very happy with the service he provides - a quick feed/clean of our cats and fish, watering the garden/indoor plants and bins/mail. Everything is cleaned, house is secured and cats are happy when we return. Stuart is always responsive to texts.

Its very reassuring to have Stuart as the same carer, because I don't get to see him each time but I have met him, so it builds a sense of safety, my dog is familiar with him and he forms an attachment with my dog. And its convenient not to have to worry about the key in advance.

Unrated questions were because this is not my first time booking, so did not meet Stuart ( this time). However my cats were happy and healthy when i got home and this indicates Stuart gave a good quality of service.
